How do I invite my person?

After onboarding, MyOnne generates a single, cryptographically unique invitation key. Share it via Messages, WhatsApp, Telegram, or copy the link. Only one person can claim it - the pair is then sealed.

Can I use MyOnne with multiple people?

No. MyOnne is pair-native by design. Two identities, one root of trust. We don't plan to add groups or multiple pairs per account.

Which platforms are supported?

Currently available for iOS and Android. A web companion for the Vault is in private beta.

What if my person doesn't accept the invite?

The invite expires after 48 hours for security reasons. You can generate a new one from the pairing screen.

Can MyOnne staff read my messages?

Accepted Answer

No. End-to-end encryption with perfect forward secrecy means only the two devices can decrypt content. We don't have the keys. We don't store metadata about who you spoke to or when.

Where is my data stored?

Data at rest is encrypted. For Indian users, all encrypted data remains within data centers located in India, fully compliant with DPDP Act 2023.

How do I revoke access?

From Settings → Manage Access, you can revoke a paired device at any time. The other person is notified, the cryptographic trust is broken, and re-pairing is required.

Question 8

Does MyOnne sell my data to advertisers?

Accepted Answer

Never. We do not use advertising SDKs, we do not track your location, and we do not sell data. Our business model relies on a premium subscription.

Question 9

What happens if I lose my device?

Two steps: First, install MyOnne on your new phone and enter your PIN - your partner will receive a request to accept your new device. Once they approve, you're reconnected. Second, if you want your full message history back, load your backup file and enter your Recovery Key.

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will instantly delete your keys and immediately queue all encrypted data for permanent deletion across our servers.

How do I request my data archive?

You can download a human readable JSON archive of your account metadata via Settings → Privacy → Export Data.
